Store Policies

Purchasing + Holds: 

We do not hold items. An issued invoice does not place an item on hold. An item is not sold until we receive payment. 

 

Shipping: 

If you are ordering oversized items online, please email us at hello@popuphome.com or DM us @popuphome for a shipping quote before purchasing. Select "Local Pickup" upon checkout and contact us to coordinate shipping. We do not ship oversized furniture overseas. Do not order large, heavy, over-sized items if you are overseas unless you have a carrier arranged for transport. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies and we can not control shipping rates. 

Ship items at your own risk. We are not responsible for any delays, missing packages, or damage that incurs during transit. If your items are insured with a shipping carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. 

 

Delivery:

We do not currently offer delivery. We are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies who are affordable and reliable.

Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Pop Up Home. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made to the company directly. 

 

Returns:

All sales are FINAL. Pop Up Home does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold AS IS. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase. We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible, however, most vintage pieces will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is. 

 

Pick Up:

Sold items MUST be picked up within SEVEN business days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Pop Up Home. In many cases, arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. A blanket/packing items are suggested for in-store pick ups for furniture or large fragile items. Please bring help as needed- we do NOT provide assistance with loading/unloading!

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be put back for sale on the floor. 

 

Designer / Trade Discount:

We provide a 10% trade discount (w some exceptions) for designers who can provide a valid CA resale #.
